MY TEACHING STYLE

I truly enjoy developing lessons that are "friendly" for both teachers and students, the end result being SUCCESS! I often consult the internet for great resources when I need to prepare for several classes each day. As a result, I chose to share materials that I have created and adapted that worked for me on TPT in hopes of helping other teachers in my field.

MY OWN EDUCATIONAL HISTORY

I taught at the middle and high school levels for 3 years before returning to higher education to complete the doctoral degree in Applied Linguistics and Romance Languages. I also hold a M.Ed. in foreign-language education and currently focus research efforts on the intersection of technology and foreign language learning. My teaching experience varies from experiences in higher education teaching French and working with teacher candidates, to working with adolescents in an independent school - I have now been a practicing teacher for more than ten years!
