I've spent my experience working in Elementary level classrooms. I spent my first year as a Technology teacher and taught all grades. I incorporated technology into the general education setting. Now I'm a second grade teacher, and on my third year of teaching.
I am a dedicated elementary school teacher with a passion for inquiry based learning. I believe in reading and writing across the curriculum with the integration of multiple subjects to create a flexible, innovative classroom environment. Success is found when students learn through exploration and each other by creating a comfortable, welcoming setting that encourages discussion and higher level thinking. Mathematics is my passion as well as my area of strength. I am hard working and trusted and I believe collaboration, feedback, and reflection is the key to professional growth and achievement.
