TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I have been teaching since 2003, with a focus in the Preschool classrooms! I graduated with a Elementary Ed degree with an Early Childhood minor. I taught in mostly the preschool classrooms because I just adore the early childhood ages!! They are little sponges who just love it all!

MY TEACHING STYLE

I have had the privilege to work with several amazing teachers, which has allowed me to take the best of all worlds and blend it together in my own classroom! I pride myself in the fact that I teach independence in all areas for the little kiddos! I teach ways to do things on their own, while providing many places to learn, explore and have fun! I love to have fun myself. I am always singing, making jokes, smiling, and looking for different ways to create an energizing environment for all kids.

HONORS/AWARDS/SHINING TEACHER MOMENT

I graduated from the University with honors!

MY OWN EDUCATIONAL HISTORY

I went to the University of Wisconsin, Superior and received my degree in Elementary Education with a minor in Early Childhood.

ADDITIONAL BIOGRAPHICAL INFORMATION

I have an amazing husband and two adorable little girls. They are often my go to testers for new activities or recipes! My extended family has several teachers both current and retired, which makes for amazing chats that allow the creative ideas to start flowing!
