This is a great way to track students abilities at the start of the year and to show exponential growth throughout the year. I recommend getting the Post-test from my store as well which is slightly modified from this version.

TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I have been teaching for 6 years. I grew up in Illinois and taught my firt two years there, but for the past 4 years, I've been working overseas at British schools. Therefore, in addition to American terms, I have adapted my resources to British terms as well. (Quarter Note=Crotchet, etc.)

MY TEACHING STYLE

My teaching style is to motivate students to learn music through competitions, games, classdojo points and achievements, independent learning, and through learning to teach others without giving answers away. I incorporate languages and world music through playing and singing songs from many regions.
