TEACHING EXPERIENCE

This is my 11th year teaching high school visual arts including the foundations level through AP Studio. I also teach AP Art History and Photography (including both film and digital).

MY TEACHING STYLE

I consider myself to be a structured artist-teacher. I have students who need step-by-step directions and I like providing them with hard copy directions (which also helps many students with IEPs).

HONORS/AWARDS/SHINING TEACHER MOMENT

I've received many grants

MY OWN EDUCATIONAL HISTORY

Bowdoin College (B.A.): Double Major in Studio Art & Environmental Studies. Minor in Education. Boston University (M.A.): Masters of Art in Art Education
