TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I am currently in my 12th year teaching beginning orchestra in Hilliard, OH, and also assist at the middle and high school levels in my district. I have 125 beginning orchestra students in heterogenous 6th grade classes.I also have experience teaching 4th and 5th grade orchestra. I have taught class sizes from 4-98.

MY TEACHING STYLE

I believe in holding students to high standards while helping them them understand that mistakes are a part of the learning process. We celebrate our "mistakes" as learning experiences.
