MY TEACHING STYLE

-emphasis on classroom discipline and creativity -importance of recall, so frequent testing (weekly) -avoid boredom by using several activities each session ex. ESL class: pronunciation each session, then a group activity with slower and faster students mixed in small groups, then either the weekly quiz (no grade, for recall purposes only), or a discussion/grammar exercise -no reading on individual basis (time consuming and boring)
