TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I have Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Speech Pathology and am certified by the American Speech and Hearing Association and the Rehabilitation Engineering and Assistive Technology Society of North America as an Assistive Technology Specialist. I also am a certified LAMP Professional (Language Acquisition Through Motor Planning) from The Center for AAC and Autism. I've worked with nonverbal students for over 30 years, using both low and high tech strategies. During that time, I've provided hundreds of professional development opportunities, as well as evaluations, training and therapy for use of various speech generating device. AND I've loved every minute of it!
