TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I'm a second year middle school teacher, third year teacher overall.

MY TEACHING STYLE

I work with my students by developing a trusting relationship with them. My goal is to build them up during this delicate time in their lives while also teaching them a strong work ethic, time management, and to be goal oriented. I am a firm but fair teacher. I love to goof around with my students and let them see my personality.

Graduated with honors from Michigan State University.

MY OWN EDUCATIONAL HISTORY

I graduated with honors from Michigan State University in 2013. My degree is in Elementary Education with a specialization in Literature and an endorsement in Urban Education.

ADDITIONAL BIOGRAPHICAL INFORMATION

I love my husband, my cats, my family, reading as many books as I can get my hands on, traveling around Michigan, visiting historical places, and creating fun and challenging activities for my middle school students.
