TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I have been a Special Education teacher since 1986. I have taught every grade level from elementary to high school. Currently I am the Transition Specialist and School to Career Coordinator for our high school. For the past five years I have taught our Life Skills program and set up work experiences and job shadows for our IEP'ed students.

I have two boys, post grad and middle school age. I have been married since 2001(2nd marriage) and have 3 dogs, 3 cats and lots of chickens! I worked for a local rescue for 3 years and trapped feral cats. I am big into animal rescue and enjoy photography, cooking and the beach!
