I have 17 years of teaching experience and currently serve as a consultant. My work entails promoting continuous learning for educators. I develop and design content for online professional development and continuous learning opportunities for educators. I have written a novel the first part of a story that is told in three parts titled "Teacher Soldier". I am also working on completing books that provide practice in ELA and Reading development for elementary students. I also have experience in developing results-driven curricula and instruments to evaluate the product and its implementation for improved instruction, quality planning and delivery methods for educators.
I beleive my teaching style incorporates multiple intelligences in order to reach all my learners. I take traditional or conventional concepts and strategies and try to find another perspective seldom explored, then develop that idea further. I use art and music and elements of poetry as well.
