TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I am 3rd year teacher in the inner city. I have worked in schools for 7 years. I worked as a counselor for some time before I became a teacher. I have worked with young people for the better part of my life.

MY TEACHING STYLE

My style is very student centered. Instruction is scaffolded with graphic organizers. Students are required to talk to one another and work in groups often. Learning is very inquiry based.
