Prior to establishing my private practice, Children’s Therapy Services in 2002, I worked as a school-based speech pathologist with children ages 3-12. I have presented on the topic of childhood apraxia of speech around the country and currently treat children with a diagnosis or suspected diagnosis of CAS in my clinic in Kansas. I have a great understanding from a parent perspective as I have a child with special needs.

I received her bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Saint Louis University and graduated from Truman State University with her master’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders in May 1999. I have completed the Apraxia Kids Intensive Institute as well as DTTC training.
