My Associates of Arts in Child Development taught me one side of teaching and my Diploma in Child Psychology showed me the brain of a child. But there were still gaps in it. I'm a mom of two girls, one with Anxiety Disorder and the other with multiple special needs. I raised both to believe that it is okay to be different in the way they learn and do things. I used the same belief in my classrooms through the years. Everything I do is to benefit all children. This may seem strange to most until they have seen me in action. Children love to learn and I love to find fun ways for them to learn.
