I have been a Spanish teacher for the past 15 years. I have taught in Anguilla and the US Virgin Islands. Currently, I am the Coordinator of the Pupil Referral Unit in Anguilla. My teaching philosophy is that any child can learn once given the opportunity. Hence, I strive through every lesson to create interesting and various tasks and assignments to engage and challenge my students while making learning a foreign language fun.
I believe in a student-centered classroom. Therefore, I design activities that would assist students to comprehend the content while providing opportunities for social interaction and problem-solving situations to help them master the content through practice.
