Dr. Annette has been an educator in the general education classroom since 1992. She has taught all grades PK - 6 in public, private, and as a homeschool parent. After 28 years in the general education classroom, she currently works in an instructional specialist position supporting English language learners and mentoring teachers. Dr. Annette's mission is to provide a space to support the work you do with students everyday! She hopes to add value to your work by sharing research based instructional skills and strategies, digital content, digital courses, educational resources, provide professional development and coaching opportunities, engage everyone in sharing ideas, and inspire all types of educators to be the best educator YOU can be in your teaching environment, so your learners have the best teacher with them!! Dr. Annette motivates students to learn using a variety of learning techniques. When students are excited about the content, find value, and are challenged "just right", students are eager learners. Using technology as an instructional tool and project based learning, students received personalized instruction and develop critical thinking and problem solving skills.
