TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I have the privilege of teaching general music to 30 classes and 650 students every week, grades K-5 in Brownsburg Indiana. I direct seven programs a year, and I also teach 3 music classes for students with severe disabilities.

I received my bachelors of arts in music education from Ball State University in 2012. After student teaching in Carmel, IN I accepted an elementary general music teaching position in Brownsburg, IN.

In addition to teaching music, I translate Spanish into English for several of my students and lead a weekly read-aloud book club currently reading The Chronicles of Narnia.
