TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I am one of those crazy people that teaches middle school and LOVES it. I teach US History I in a Title I School- which is never short on adventures. I also have an ESL endorsement so I do a lot of planning with visuals and supports in mind for students with low reading or English proficiency levels.

MY TEACHING STYLE

I am a fierce believer that students need different things at different times. In my store you will find a variety of activities, worksheets, PowerPoints, and ideas that will increase engagement and depth of knowledge in your own classroom.

MY OWN EDUCATIONAL HISTORY

I attended Utah Valley University and received my bachelors degree in History Education. I earned my ESL Endorsement through Weber State University.

ADDITIONAL BIOGRAPHICAL INFORMATION

I rarely use color when creating things because I know the HUGE (read almost non-existent) budget that schools have for ink and I don't want you to use it all printing my activities for students. I also know the SURPLUS of time we as teachers have to modify and change the things teachers have created and that is why almost everything on my store is ready to print and use right away.
