MY TEACHING STYLE

Teachers are the facilitators to student learning. Students should be "doing" education. I believe learning should be made authentic, relevant and interesting to students. As educators, we should adapt to ensure we make learning an experience.

I am from Georgia and teach in the Cobb County School system. I have taught for 10 years in the area I grew up in. I have local ties to my community and love engaging the minds of students. I know I have taught something when the kids leave more tired than me! Proof that the brain was going!
