TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I am a mother and licensed acupuncturist with a background in psychology. I began by creating guided visualizations for my family and for my patients. After seeing great results in those realms, Brains in Training was a natural progression. Mindfulness for schools is a passion of mine. I have worked closely with elementary school teachers and a network of parents to develop these 3 to 5 minute guided visualizations for the classroom!
