TEACHING EXPERIENCE

Time flies when you're having fun! I've taught fourth grade for more than 30 years and love it more now than ever. My mission is to create enjoyable, engaging, standards-based materials for my classroom and yours.

MY TEACHING STYLE

Enjoy teaching! How? Engage students in challenging, meaningful work. Brenda's teaching style is interdisciplinary, standards-driven, and differentiated. Her students enjoy exploring, digging deeper, and connecting content to big ideas. Over the past few years, technology tools, such as PowerPoint presentations, Internet sites, and You Tube videos, have made learning fun in Brenda's class.
