TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I will begin my seventh year teaching this fall. I began teaching at a local charter school with an emphasis in expeditionary learning. I taught grades 6, 7, 8 and 9 there mostly focusing on English but also some history. I also functioned as an academic counselor to the 9th grade students for two years. I have also taught 7th and 8th grades in a regular public junior high school and currently teach 10th and 11th grades in a public high school.
