I am an accomplished artist and teacher for over 30 years, motivating and inspiring students of all ages. I received the Raleigh Medal of Arts for extra-ordinary achievements in the arts. I did my undergraduate work at Western Michigan University, studying watercolors and drawing with Harold Hefner, of Spain and completed her Masters at Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan in painting, art therapy and pottery.
I teach by doing visual demonstrations which is why my lessons are videos rather than power point. Being a visual artist I believe we learn easier by watching and hearing it explained.
