Brian and Heather Marchant first met in Spain in 1984 and have been together ever since. As ELL instructors, they have dedicated their lives to the well-being of children throughout the world. The Marchants possess excellent academic qualifications coupled with extensive cross-cultural personal experience. Together they have authored a number of popular bilingual books including; A Boy Named Chong, Only a Toad, The World Without "F", I Don't Wanna Be A Onomatopoeia, The Giving King, and The Troll in Trouble.
Undergirding the Marchant's teaching style is their personal belief that "All children are gifted; they just open their presents at different times." As such, their classroom is a secure place where students are encouraged to discover and develop their God-given gifts and talents. Whenever possible, they use a kinesthetic approach to teaching whereby students are brought to "heroic thresholds" so that actual life-changing learning can occur.

The Marchant's have four awesome children, ages fifteen to twenty-five. Reflecting their world vision, their family "bucket list" includes fellowshipping around a campfire on every continent while attempting to improve the lives of children throughout the world. To date, they have only two remaining continents to set foot upon: Australia and Antarctica. Before moving to Florida in 2014, Heather also owned and operated a twelve acre flower farm near Green Bay, Wisconsin where her design work was greatly appreciated both locally as well as state-wide in Wisconsin Bride Magazine.
