TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I am in my third year of teaching, and have taught all different grade levels within my high school. I have worked 9th grade remedial, regular and honors English, 10th grade English, and AP Literature and Composition with seniors! Additionally, I teach an elective focusing on media literacy and contemporary literature.

MY TEACHING STYLE

I love to have my students engaged and working through the texts on their own. I try to make it that my goal every day is to be the person that guides their learning and is there as a support, but I'm not forcing knowledge down their throats!
