I have been teaching for 12 years with a focus on elementary education.
I am a firm believer of scholars taking control of their own learning. I believe in setting scholars up for success and allowing them to make smart choices that impact their future. My scholars understand study skills and self-assessment checks. With these tools in place it sets them up as life-long learners, with an idea of how to assess themselves and their progress.
