TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I have been teaching ELA/English for 17 years.

MY TEACHING STYLE

I use a combination of techniques to reach the learning styles of all of my students. I believe that if students are given information in a variety of formats they will have the ability to succeed. My lessons combine close reading, scaffolding, creative writing, formal writing, art, music, acting, and any other idea that will keep my students interested and learning while having some fun.
