Zig has garnered over 50 years as an educator and as a student of First Nations, Indigenous, history and culture. Zig has been extremely fortunate to have been guided through First Nations oral history by countless elders. Zig has interwoven written and oral sources, giving respect to both, and producing trusted and reliable resources for others to use with confidence. Mentoring, teaching, guest speaking and engaging others in groups or as individuals has been Zig’s passion.
