I am currently the science specialist for grades 3-6 and love it! I have taught in Title 1 schools in downtown Salt Lake City, UT for 11 years. I am passionate about working with economically disadvantaged and second-language students, especially refugee children. I love these kids!
I focus on teaching a hands-on curriculum that is rich with vocabulary and cross-curricular integration.
