I focus on fun and family to improve fitness! As an avid reader and advocate for reading and writing, I love to incorporate core subject material into fitness activities. These activities will focus on including all abilities and levels, and offer some modifications for multiple age groups.
I helped implement a brand new health program at the elementary level that focused on lifelong fitness. I created all lesson plans and curriculum for that program, using the state standards as guidelines. Our program won a county-wide award.
