Over the past 35 years, I've predominately taught regular division full day Kindergarten in an urban district. When I first began teaching, I taught 2nd, 3rd and 4th grade. In 2011, I acquired a second job teaching Adult Ed (GED) at our community college by night and continue working there. I left my Kindergarten position in 2014 to become one of our school's technology teachers, and I'm loving my new role! Retirement in May 2017 is my next big milestone!
Each year we have more and more topics to teach our students. Many of these topics are incredibly abstract for young learners. I especially love putting together PowerPoint Presentations that not only make learning fun, but help primary students understand big concepts. I hope you will enjoy them! If you're like me, Science was one of the subjects that got put on the back burner. When I developed these PowerPoint presentations, I saw my students' interest in Science increase dramatically. Vivid images my students could relate to brought some very big concepts to life for them. I hope you'll find my products beneficial in your classroom!
