I am an innovative and dynamic educator with eight years experience in developing and managing educational programs. I have worked for six different educational institutions and taught over 1,700 students. As an Art Educator, I am accomplished in the complete development of inaugural Art programs including the composition of numerous original curriculums. I am committed to student-centered learning and proficient in designing, planning, and coordinating learning materials that yield higher levels of thinking.
My teaching style reflects student-centered and kinesthetic learning, although I value various learning methods and make every attempt to meet my students' natural preferences.
My oldest student was 102! She attended art class at the assisted living facility and created a beautiful, abstract watercolor painting despite limited verbal communication abilities.
