TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I have been teaching in Special Education for over 10 years now. I've taught students with various disabilities in a variety of settings like traditional public schools, charter schools, and a Christian school.

MY TEACHING STYLE

I love working in small groups and one-on-one where I get to know the students' specific strengths and weaknesses.

MY OWN EDUCATIONAL HISTORY

I went to Cedarville University and double majored in Early Childhood Education and Multi-age Special Education. I graduated from there in December 2005. I completed my Master's Degree in Elementary Reading and Literacy in June of 2010.

I currently live in the Greater Columbus, Ohio area with my loving husband, two dogs (Samson and Luther), and two cats (Butter and Scotch). I enjoy various crafts like knitting, painting, card-making, and scrapbooking.
