I have taught since 2011 in a small rural city with small class sizes. Additionally, I interned in a suburban area with a large amount of parent participation. I am in my fifth year of instruction and enjoy working together with others to increase student success.
Using conscious discipline in addition to allowing students the opportunity to grow by asking questions and researching is the basis of my pedagogy. Students are to explore their own learning styles in my classroom and are able to discuss information outside of the curriculum offered to them.
