I have taught intellectually gifted students for 29 years. Although I am currently working with grades 1, 3, & 4, I have taught K-9 at different times throughout my career. I am also an aspiring author who has been published in AppleSeeds Magazine, which is a part of the Cricket family.
I enjoy making and presenting lessons via Promethean Board flipcharts and have quite a few homemade charts, which I have transferred to power point. I always aim for higher level thinking and questioning.
My best awards come in the form of hugs and homemade cards telling me I'm great! I have a popular blog called Catch My Words, which you can visit at http://joycelansky.blogspot.com
