I have over twenty years of teaching and training experience at the community college, university, and preschool through high school levels. I was an Associate Professor of Communication, am Co-Director of The International School of Protocol, and am a Founding Partner of Road to Success: Career Development Program. I have written curriculum and books about job searching, career preparation, interviewing skills, anti-bullying & civility, interpersonal communication and manners, and have trained hundreds of teachers to teach social skills, career development skills, communication skills and table manners. I was a nationally ranked speech and debate coach and a writer and editor for parenting publications.
As someone who has taught etiquette, social skills, and career development to all ages since the mid-1990s, I believe the ability to adapt to each teaching situation is what creates a strong connection between the teacher and the students. I love what I do and want every student to move forward and have an experience that this positive.
Working with students, adults and those who help them improve their lives through improved social skills and career development is honorable!
