TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I have been an educator for 48 years. Teaching is my passion! I have taught grades K - 6, served as a media specialist, and a curriculum specialist. I worked as the Director of Research and Accountability for my system.

I teach with rigor and relevance in order to actively engage students in learning.

Being nominated by my peers as Teacher of the Year twice is my most valued accomplishment.

BA in Social Sciences, MEd in Elementary Education, MS in Instructional Technology, EdS in Educational Leadership, and EdD in Data Analysis. My background gives me the ability to analyze the data, determine where the problem(s) are, and develop specific interventions to remedy the problem(s).

ADDITIONAL BIOGRAPHICAL INFORMATION

I retired from public education in 2016 and founded my own consulting firm, DataPoint Analytics, LLC. Today I work as a School Improvement Specialist. I am doing work that I love. I find tremendous reward in seeing positive change.
