I earned my undergraduate degree from the University of Wyoming in Elementary Education and Special Education as part of a dual major program. I earned my MAEd in Curriculum and Instruction from Baker University and went on to pursue my Building Leadership endorsement through Fort Hay's University.
When I am not teaching, learning, and creating I enjoy many hobbies such as Latin and Ballroom Dancing, karaoke, reading, writing, painting and snuggling with my cat Ginger. Yes, she is named after Ginger Rogers because I am a also a sucker for musicals, old black and white films, and Bollywood movies. I grew up as an Army Brat and have had the amazing opportunity to travel to and live in many countries.
