TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I am a second year 2nd grade teacher in North Carolina! Before taking on a classroom of my own, I worked as an instructional assistant and paraprofessional for 5 years. I worked in MANY classrooms with many DIFFERENT teachers which gave me the opportunity to see various teaching and learning styles and take note of what I wanted to incorporate in my room and what I knew I wanted to avoid.

MY TEACHING STYLE

ENTHUSIASTIC! I teach with enthusiasm to spark the engagement and eagerness in my students to learn and interact with the material. Engaged students = successful students!
