TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I started teaching in 1998 where I taught 6th grade Math for a semester. I ended the school year at another school teaching 4th grade. The next two years I taught 3rd grade. In 2001, I had the opportunity to loop up with my class to 4th grade. Once in 4th grade I remained there for the next 5 years. In 2006, I changed schools where I then taught 5th grade Science. I did this for 5 years and then had the opportunity to teach 4th grade again, which is what I am currently teaching.

MY TEACHING STYLE

I believe if you enjoy what you are teaching then your students are going to love learning. My students and I have a great time together and I start that relationship on the first day of school. I do as many hands on activities as I can, which always engages my students.
