TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I am currently going into my 5th year as a teacher.

MY TEACHING STYLE

I love to do a lot of discovery teaching. This means I teach my students the main concept in about 15 minutes and then I let them go off and discover it with their peers. When finished they come up and teach me so I can see if they grasped the concept.

HONORS/AWARDS/SHINING TEACHER MOMENT

I was team Leader for second grade. I have also been on my campus' improvement plan team.

MY OWN EDUCATIONAL HISTORY

When I was in Elementary I attended a public school. Though my parents felt I was missing some things so they decided to pull me from the public school system and homeschool me. Then when a year before highschool my parent enrolled me in private school. So you can say I am well rounded in different teaching styles. I graduate from UTDallas and I recently received my Masters in Educational Administration.

ADDITIONAL BIOGRAPHICAL INFORMATION

My life has always consisted of work. From the time I can remember I was always on the go doing something, babysitting, childcare at church, retail, and now teaching. I am able to use my creative side when I teach, because I am constantly making things for my students to have to advance their learning. I hope if you purchase my items you will enjoy these things as much as I have. Thank you...
