I have my students fill out this form at the end of each year and place it on the desk the first day of school for the new fourth graders! They really love to see who filled out the form from the year before and I also have the previous students
This was a "cheat" sheet I created for my students to help them remember which operation there were to use when solving any given math problem. The students kept it in their math folder and constantly review the operations.
