I am a tenured professor of English at Onondaga Community College, where I have been teaching composition and 200-level English courses for eight years. I have been teaching English and writing since 2005, and I have published work in my field, including a textbook, "Myths We Learned in Grade School English."
I have a laidback "keepin' it real" teaching style with my community college students, but my goal is to help them improve their writing process, not only to prepare them for college and work, but also to help mold them into effective, powerful writers.
