TEACHING EXPERIENCE

As an Elementary and Middle school Art teacher, I have learned just how beneficial and powerful Art can be in connecting students of all ages with educational curriculum. Over the past 12 years, I have used Art to teach History, English, Science, Math, Geography, etc. etc.! My Art lessons can be used to accompany standard curriculum, or they can be used on their own. Not creative? Not a problem! These lessons are inexpensive, and easy to teach- regardless of artistic abilities.

MY TEACHING STYLE

I like to challenge my students to make real world, emotional connections to class material. I try to give options when ever possible, so students play an active role in their own education.
