I am a certified teacher with a dual degree in Early Childhood and Special Education. I have "teaching" for my entire life. By the time I was 5 years old, I knew that I wanted to be a teacher. From that early age, I began teaching anyone that would listen. My little brothers, the kids my mom kept during the day, and (of course) my dolls and toys. Throughout my highschool and college years, I began babysitting and developed my ability to teach anywhere using anything. During that time, I also taught dance classes for 3-8-year-olds at a local dance studio and tutored in an after school program at a local public school. Once I got my degree, I became a teacher. I worked for 3 years and gained experience as a traditional classroom teacher as well as an inclusion teacher. I loved being a teacher and I spent many countless hours creating things for my classroom. At the end of the 2013/14 school year, I got married and decided to become a stay at home wife. Currently I keep two toddlers in my home full time. I am using my teaching abilities to provide a full scale "preschool" for them. Even though I am no longer in a classroom, I still teach each and every day.
I am patient, fun, caring, and I truly love working with kids. I believe that anyone can learn anything. I do not believe in "lost causes" when it comes to kids. I enjoy being creative with my teaching. I have found that kids can learn through anything including dance, music, art, sports, and so much more. Kids learn through doing. Active teaching is effective teaching.

It is never too late or too early to learn. Whether you are a teacher looking for creative materials, a mom looking to give you little one a head start, or someone looking to educate yourself, this is the right place for you. Overall, I have extensive teaching, tutoring, and childcare experience that ranges from birth all the way to adults. I am providing my resources here, because I know what it is like to want something great for your kids, but to not have time to produce it. I do the things that I do because I love it, and I hope to help a few people out on the way.
