Two comprehension wheels that I use before or after seeing a group. Children read their book and spin the wheel to get a question. I let the kids do this either independently or with their group.

Not very fancy, but it does the job. Used this format for my Year 4s with our science unit earlier this term. Helpful for going through each area of the procedure.

This is an activity where children match the question to the answer. It can be done both independently or with a partner. I like to use this for my lower maths learners after they have completed their work and before they see me.

TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I have taught in two very different schools. One School was in South Auckland and the other on the North Shore. I loved both schools and it is hard to say which one I love more!

MY TEACHING STYLE

I have a quiet personality and that is reflected in the classroom. There is often a lot of music and we are all very relaxed.
