TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I have taught middle school for 8 years, been a team leader for two as well as worked in an alternative school. In addition, I have 3 plus years substitute teaching experience from elementary to high school.

MY TEACHING STYLE

Teachers need to focus on scaffolding techniques before jumping into any lesson. Plus, don't make your classroom fully teacher centered, it should be more student centered activities. They need to do/experience to truly grasp each concept.
