During my last year of college, I was able to substitute teach every grade from K-4 through 6th grade. I was also on part time staff teaching music. I moved to Mesa, AZ in July of 2013 to accept my first full-time teaching job! I just finished my second year! :) I am looking forward to decades more! :) I am headed back to school to get more education in education with an emphasis on Special Needs!
I am a hands-on, visual learner. I teach the same way!
Who's Who in America's Colleges
Graduated from Hyles-Anderson College in Crown Point, IN with my Bachelor's of Science in Elementary Education in May of 2013.
Grew up right outside of Chicago in Northwest Indiana. My parents provided a loving, Christian home for me and my brother. We had the privilege to attend a private school from K-5 - 12th grade! I enrolled at Hyles-Anderson College in the fall of 2009. College life was fun, full of laughter and lots of hard work. Two months after graduating, I packed my bags and moved 1,700 miles across country to Mesa, Arizona to accept my first full-time teaching job! Teaching is in my blood! I can't possible imagine doing anything else! God has been good in my life! :) I am going back to school in the fall to get another Bachelor's degree. Dual endorsement Elementary Education and Special Education. After that, I plan on getting my Master's degree to help children with learning disabilities (dyslexia..etc)
