I have been in the school library setting in Indiana since 1996. I have been a member of the Eliot Rosewater Indiana High School Book Award committee since 1996 as well, serving as co-chair for 10 years.
Being in the library setting, much of my work is short large group presentations followed by much one-on-one time with students. A lot of time is spent matching students up with the right books.
