I have taught in three provinces in Canada, in an international school with an American curriculum, trained Senegalese teachers in good pedagogy and worked as elementary principal and as a junior/senior high vice-principal.
I am very eclectic using elements of classic, group, investigative and other methods including Project Based Learning.

I have a Bachelor's level degree as well as 15 more university courses in methodology, French and other subjects. I have attended approximately 100 inservices at dozens of conferenceson the subject of education. I have organised my own teachers conferences to assist African teachers.
I have lived overseas in Senegal for 11 years, learning French more deeply and picking up some Wolof and Serer as well. I am also an ordained minister although I prefer to shepherd young people in the school setting as it gives so many different opportunities to encourage their gifts to be developed.
